Parish Staff Processing Conversations for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul & Minneapolis

Welcome! As a parish or diocesan worker, you labor selflessly in the vineyard of the Lord. Yet, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, your work has changed drastically. The crisis has threatened your ministries and livelihood...and at times you have probably felt disheartened, afraid, frustrated, and overwhelmed! We are delighted to offer you an opportunity to process this experience together, to receive support, and to be encouraged.

Parish and diocesan employees should feel supported in this difficult time. We are working with dioceses to give employees the opportunity to connect with each other during the COVID-19 crisis and civil unrest, discuss the difficulties currently faced in the parish setting, offer support and ideas to one another for navigating the pandemic, and receive guidance for self-care as well as insight from counselors on supporting the parishioners.

When: Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30pm CT * October 14, 21 & 28.
Attend when you can! You will be given access information for all the dates and topics.

What will be discussed: Each of our group conversations will address a specific topic and will be facilitated by Dr. Chris Stravitsch and the Parish Counseling Team from Rejoice Counseling Apostolate.
