Parish Staff Processing Conversations for the Archdiocese of Boston

Welcome! As a parish worker, you labor selflessly in the vineyard of the Lord. Yet, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, your work has changed drastically. The crisis is threatening your ministries and livelihood...and you feel disheartened, afraid, frustrated, and overwhelmed! We are delighted to offer you an opportunity to process this experience together, to receive support, and to be encouraged.

Parish staff should feel supported in this difficult time. We are working with dioceses to give parish employees the opportunity to connect with each other during the COVID-19 crisis, discuss the difficulties currently faced in the parish setting, offer support and ideas to one another for navigating the pandemic, and receive guidance for self-care as well as insight from counselors on supporting the parishioners.

When: Registration has been high, so we are offering THREE conversation times each week.
Tuesdays, 12:30-1:30 PM ET * June 9, 16, 23 & 30
Fridays, 11:00-12:00 PM ET * June 12, 19, 26 & July 3
