Prior to counseling, Monica spent seventeen years in marketing and public relations for several Fortune 500 publicly traded hotel and real estate investment companies.  She later provided faith-based public relations and marketing services to Catholic ministries and businesses through her public relations agency. Monica decided to become a counselor to help people encounter Christ and discover the path to healing, growth, and flourishing.

Monica enjoys spending time with her family, her pup Smores, and traveling. She attends St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas.
